Snap Dialer Installation
Futuredial.com has software, snapdialer, that lets your laptop connect to the internet via a cell phone and a usb connection from the laptop to the cell phone. This requires a special usb cable, and special usb drivers.
I am trying to install the usb driver, but it won't install and won't give any extra information other than a box with this error code: 0X00000007, and a note driver installation failed. No bsod. Heres the goods: IBM 600 laptop Windows98se Nokia 6225 cell phone snap dialer software Special usb cable from future dial The first step to get this set up to work is to install the usb driver, and I am stuck here on the first step. My thought is to uninstall the current usb driver, then try it. It is not my computer though so I am a little gunshy. Any suggestions? Thanks

Error Message:
STOP: 0x00000007 (parameter, parameter, parameter, parameter) INVALID_SOFTWARE_INTERRUPT I would double check are drivers commpatible with 98SE and then uninstall the ones you already have on comp and install new ones that come with that software.... wait just a minute I'm just thinking maybe you don't have to install USB drivers at all you already running on a latest ones, try skiping step one(if is not working you can always return to step one) and see what happens. This is just my personal opinion you don't have to follow it, and if you do backup your system first I would!!!
