Thanks

Hey there,

Networking can be a deep and mirky abyss so we'll need a little more info about what it is you want to achieve and what equipment etc you have already.

What operating systems(s) are you running on the machines, do the PCs have network cards, are they already part of a network or are they stand alone machines?

Are you looking for the best solution or a low cost option to provide the raw capability of file sharing?

The more info you can give us the easier it will be to get you up and running asap.

Based on the info you've provided, you should be able to just run the Network Wizard on each machine giving each computer a unique name while using the same Work Group name for both. Make sure you select the option to share files and printers during the Wizard setup. Once completed, you'll be prompted to reboot each system. Next step is to select the files/folder/hard drives you wish to share on each. Right click the file/etc and select Sharing and Security. You'll be able to chose just sharing or allowing others to change files. That should take care of the file sharing. If you need help sharing a printer c'mon back and we can do that too.
