Sharing wireless connection to a network

Hi Knowledgable Ones:
I'm trying to share my internet connection between quite a few computers and in different parts of the apartment. I'm having a hard time doing it, and would like you to give me some suggestions as to how I can accomplish it.

My network is basically DSL modem->Wireless Router -> 2wired comps, 1 wireless laptop, 1 wireless PCI desktop. I want to connect: Wireless Desktop ->Hub -> other wired computers (2-4 more.) (The wireless desktop and hub are in a different area of the apartment, and unreachable by cable from my router)

When I click enable ICS in my 2000 Pro wireless desktop computer, it tells me that it cannot do it as there is already a device set at 192.168.0.1 (my wireless netgear MR814 Router!)

So is there a way I can change either the router's IP address, or the IP address used to set up the internet connection setting? Any negative ramifications on doing so? Let me know if you need more information...

glc suggested wiring the router to the hub in an earlier post. That would be the easiest way, but also is difficult as to the cableing route/length, so I'm looking for alternatives.
Thanks!

Okay - this is a lot clearer now. You need a wireless bridge, such as a D-Link DWL-810+ or DWL-G810. Put the bridge and hub in the "remote" location, and plug the bridge and all the computers over there into the hub. Ditch the ICS idea, let the proper hardware do the job for you. The bridge is going to function just like uplinking your router into the hub - and it does it wirelessly.
