boot from wlan?

is it possible to boot from wireless lan?
-how?

basically i would normally boot off a floppy, but there is no floppy (laptop).. and this is the best way i can think of getting round that (other than usb floppy which isn't ideal)

also if someone could give me a good link on how to create bootable cds (ones that boot what u tell them to (via autoexec.bat etc), not just that add some command prompt type thing to a CD, then that would be pretty helpful too
