Help ???
I have a LAN consisting of MS WIndows 95 machines only.
There are NO Servers in this network. What i want to do is allow the users to send and receive e-mails to each other. Not e-mail over the internet just accross the LAN. It is only for demonstration purposes. Does anyone know if Mercury / Pegasus mail or Eudora can do this with just Win95 machines? and if so how do i do it ? Does one of them need to be the mail server and the rest clients ? MAny thanx for any help given. LQ. |

Mercury/Pegasus should do this. You install Mercury on one of the machines ("server") and use Pegasus as a client on each machine. If you really want to keep it simple, you can just use WinPopup, but that's not "e-mail" as such, it's more like an IM.
