Are you talking about WiFi access or something else? What are "internet airwaves"?

why? if you don't pay for it or if it isn't yours that is not something that should be discussed here.

Yup... virtually anything wireless can be intercepted.

Yes, people can. The amount of information they can get depends on how secure your wireless network is. If it is wide open, they can see everything. Even if it is locked down, it may be broken into if the cryptography is weak. Sometimes, the very fact that a wireless network exists is useful information; you can't hid that even with cryptography.

no. If what I understand what your saying, no it cannot,
the ISP here at my area uses microwave system to provide internet to the farm area in the thumb area of michigan, and a special antenna and other equipment must be used to get the connection.
they are so fussy that I even had to call them to give them the mac address of my new router for it to connect to there internet system, it had to be interned into ther computers along with the modem mac address,
so with this system it is very unlikely that any one can break into it to see anything.
but as for the local home lan wireless, yes it is possible but with mac filtering and encription and the nt file system security, it is most unlikly to happen.

I feel very secure here with this setup.
