FILE SHARING STOPPED (why?)
my PC connects to cable broadband via a hard wired router - I also have an access point connecyted to the router (accessed by my laptop and recently added PC #2)
All funtioned well as far as file sharing / at least my laptop could read the PC, though not vica versa. When I added PC #2 wirelessly I began MAC filtering (I realized othewise that anyone was able to enter the loop) Now, although I have internet access, I seem to have lost file sharing, specifically between the laptop and PC - (oddly the second computer I had added into this, seems to file share easily to the PC #1) Any thoughts gladly accepted on getting the laptop back in the loop- many thanks in advance |

can both pc's ping each other?
do you have any firewalls on the two pc's if so disable them until you can get file sharing working. |
