switch 8 port and 9 pc

i have 9 pc and switch 8 port the pc number nine is out of network
i try to put two lan card in pc number 8 and connect one of this card to switch and connect the other to the pc number nine
but i find the pc number 8 is see the work group and pc 9
put pc num 9 see num 8 and didn't see workgroup anyone can help me to find any setting or program to connect the two card and make the pc num 9 to see work group

I would suggest that you pick up a cheap four port switch and uplink it from the 8 port switch. I think that would work much better than what your trying to do now.

i know the switch will be batter than what i think to do
but i want to try can u help me to connect the two nic and collect the two network

Don't waste your time. It's not worth it. I have seen way too many people on here wanting to do the same thing... Please take bailey's suggestion.

I agree. It would also help if you ever went to 10 computers. Or if you ever wanted to use a print server, which I hope you already have . Prepare for the future.
