Spyware keeps coming back

I am having trouble with a couple of spyware problems that keep coming back. They are all detected on Spybot, but they don't appear to come up on MS Antispyware or Ad-aware.

I have:
6 entries from Advertising.com
1 entry from Avenue A, inc.
6 entries from fastclick.com
3 entries from Hitbox
4 entries from HitsLink
2 entries from ValueClick
1 entry from WebTrendsLive

I hit fix selected problems, but they all come back within a few minutes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not really sure if it tells me where they are. I was looking around the windows folder and in C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files, I found two identical files called {31564D57-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}. A quick google search found a lot of spyware things and Hijack this logs. I am running windows 2k if that helps at all. Should I consider getting Hijack This!?

I might have fixed the problem. I went into the firefox options and clicked on the cookies menu where it shows all of the cookies. I then clicked the box that said something like don't allow sites to set cookies that have already been removed, and I went through and removed any site I didn't recognize including the sites spybot found. I'll have to check it out tomorrow to make sure it worked for good because it is time to go to bed, but I don't think it is coming back. I ran it twice, and I didn't find anything, so I might be good. Thanks.
