USB webcam broadcasting ???
does anyone know how to set up a webcam surveillance at home w/ a usb webcam?! i have a iis server setup running on my home pc and ftp. i'm wondering if i can access that usb webcam from a address outside my network like how i access my ftp and server?!?! i'm hoping to find something that is already integrated into windows (like the iis server application) or something that is hidden. I have tried using windows media encoder to broadcast video over the internet but it doesn't let me minimize it to the status bar.
