New PC Build Problem
I've just built a new PC (from old parts). When I boot I get the message Ánalyzing net work media ..... this will only take a few seconds' It takes about 20 minutes and provides no solution. When I re-boot I get the same message. Any answers out there? Thanks.

Which Operating System? Does the network adaptor show up in device manager? Is it working properly once the pc boots up?

Go into the bios setup and review your boot order - make sure your bootable device is before boot from network. If the hard drive is not bootable (no operating system installed) and you don't have a bootable floppy or bootable CD in the appropriate drive, this is normal.
