Got this prob with my LAN connection. When I enable my LAN Connection to hook up to my DSL, my icon in the system tray says "accquiring network address", and then proceeds to tell me that I have "limited or no connectivity". Not really a huge problem, but it's sure bugging the hell out of me. Any help=instant appreciation. Tnx!

Are you connecting a bridge type DSL modem directly to the NIC and using login software or the builtin WinXP PPPoE client? If so, this is normal. To get rid of the error, remove TCP/IP from the NIC by unchecking it in the connection properties. It's not needed, the PPPoE software adapter will handle it.
