Network card dissapeared

I turn on my pc to check my email and it says I can't connect. I look at my router and see there is no signal from my pc to the router.

I checked my network connections folder and saw my network card isn't listed anymore. Then I checked my device manager and it wasn't there neither (all this was fine yesterday).

What is going on? How do I get my network card working again (it is integrated into my mobo - my specs are in my signature)?

Make sure it's still enabled in the bios, then run the add new hardware wizard and see if it gets detected. If not, get a PCI network card or RMA the motherboard.

Very weird but I left my PC off for a few mins, came back and it was working again!
