What setup do you have now? Do you just have your computer hooked up to your DSL modem? Or do you have a router?

To get wireless, you need two things: you need a wireless router connected to your DSL modem, and you need a wireless card in each PC or laptop that you want to access the internet wirelessly.

Does each computer really have a router? Could you describe exactly what you have plugged into what? It's odd that each computer would have a router; only one router is needed to share internet access between many computers.

hmm...thats wierd. im not home right now, so i dont know whats plugged into what. but at first, we only had one computer...so we had the one router. then when my brother got a computer in his room, he bought a router, which is in the room with the other computer (not his) and he just connected through that. now that i think of it, it is kinda weird cuz there were two routers at one computer, and none in his room..?!? but i dont know what there plugged too...not right now at least...

When you can tell us exactly what is plugged into what - exact model numbers, please - post back and we will look at it.
