Netgear WGT624v3?

Hi all. This probably going to sound dumb.
I have this Router. Noticed something odd lastnight. The Wireless light usually blinks and pauses at a steady rate. Lastnight it was on occasion, Doing a Double blink. And all of my PC's were off. Is this is a sign that one of my neighbors has a Wireless setup? Yes I did setup WEP 128Bit and SSID is not Broadcasting. Not using the default "Netgear" Forget what its called.
I ask because my Cordless phone has been experiencing Clicks on the handset. Its a Panasonic 2.4Ghz.

You've ID'd your problem and it's not your neighbor. 2.4GHz phones and wireless don't work together. You can try setting the router to a different channel but you'll be better off to replace the phone(s) with a 900MHz or the higher freq ones (5.6?).

So the Phone is causing the double blink? I wasnt using the phone when this happened. Funny story happened to me in my previous Apt. I had a RadioShack 900 phone. On occasion it would ring once. No reason. Started when a new neighbor moved in. Changed to the Panasonic 2.4 and never happened again.
I asked at CompUSA, Was told that Routers cause Static.
