Lexmark T520
Hi all , can someone tell me how to setup a lexmark t520 printer that is connected to my netgear router . i have installed the driver package , and my pc can ping the printers ip address, but thats as far as i can go . Help.

Is that an internal MarkNet card? You should be able to install the printer by doing the following - use the add printer wizard, choose local printer, uncheck detect plug and play. Then add a port, choose standard TCP/IP, put in the printer's IP address.

Hi glc , forgive me on this. im completely useless on networking. ive done what you said above , and still nothing. Where you said add a port , do i add one manually , or leave at the default lpt1 ??? after that , i cant see any tcp/ip options.
