PC-PC Networking w/ Dial-up ICS

My setup in networking between two pc (both winxp pro) is successful. Even file sharing is OK (two pc's can access files with each other). My problem is how to setup internet connection sharing in dial-up? Because PC2 don't have an internet only PC1 (w/ dial-up modem).

Then I also tried Network Setup Wizard pc to pc. I can access now internet both in PC1 & PC2. Now the problem is, PC2 can not access the files of PC1. Only PC1 can access the files of PC2.

Now I'm confused, how to make this things right?

Is any one out there can help me? What I want to happen is, The 2 pcs can communicate, access files with each other w/ internet connection sharing.

Is this possible?

It's a long read, but everything should be properly covered in that article.

I suspect that your problem right now may be the XP firewall - make sure file and print sharing is checked in the exception list on both computers.
