network problem
Im trying to set up 2 computers together (1 xp pro, the other home) that are attached to a router (dlink dl-604), they are on the same workgroup, have their own computer names, and I have netbeui They both can connect to the internet. I can ping the home machine from the pro one, but I get request timeout when i try it the other way around...and i can't see anything under view workgroup computers. I turned the windows firewall off. I could ping both ways, but still i got workgroup not available...what can i do to get this working? Thanks
