Delete a Network

I just had a LAN a couple nights ago, and the network that ended up there is still there. How do i get rid of it, i can't figure it out. I have Internet access but i lost all connection on the net last night. I think my ISP must have shut down or somthing because i got it fixed (Had to reset Modem and router a couple times) But i don't like having thing on my computer that I dont use. I was actully considering a total reformat on both HHD but that would be sonthing I don't understand.
So if someone can show me how to romove a network that would be great!
THX

When you say "remove a network" what do you mean? Where is the network showing up on your computer? Are you talking about the icon for your NIC?

I'm not exactly sure actually, but when I go to the start menu and My Network places i can still see two folders.
Folder 1 - "My Music on PIRATE SHIP (SSBITTORENT)"
Folder 2 - "SharedDocs on PIRATE SHIP (SSBITTORENT)"
I just want to get those outtof there, so many little glitches going on on my PC i'm getting quite upset. To put it Mildly. I think that all the lans i'm going to with the "Networks" is making my PC glitch like crazy.

not really, thoes are just some folders that you went to at one time, kinda like history, if you were to click on one, the system would try to find it, and it can't so then it will remove it by its self.
they really mean nothing and you can just ignore them, it will have no effect on you network.
as long as your in the proper work group.

I am the same way Raven... i can't stand having stuff i don't 'like' on my computer... I have to hunt it down, and in the process mess something important up and its a vicious cycle...
