TV through my network??

hi everyone,
I was wondering about something. My main #1 computer has the ATI 9700pro all in wonder video card...so it can connect to my cable and you can watch Tv on that computer. BUT is there any way for me to watch TV on my laptop which is hooked up to my network??

BTW, my #1 computer is the "root" computer meaning all my other computer connect through it to the internet.

Thanks!

FOX

not really, you would have to find a way to do streamming video, simular to watching a video on the internet, you could if it was saved to the hard drive and then played back as a movie, but to do it live off the air tv, I don't think you can do it over the lan without loosing a bunch while it broke it up into streams/ packets.

now thats interesting a device that does the streaming for you,
but it looked like it recorded the program and then streamed it to the network, which maens that it would not be live,
as I said in my first post, thats the only way I know of to do it.
