Clearwire help??

I am trying to help a person with Clearwire. Does anyone know if the Clearwire site has a help forum anywhere? I heard it does, but I haven't found it.

Second, the user can't get to Usenet forums. When they try, they get this message: You don't have permission to talk...check reverse DNS settings....

Any idea what that could mean at all?

Hi

since I have Clearwire, the easiest thing I've found is to call 1-888-CLEARWIRE or go to https://www.clearwire.com/support/support.php and open a trouble ticket.

I've never found a help forum, so to speak, either. I would say their customer service reps are graded Fair. nothing spectacular.

Has your friend contacted them? I would suggest contacting them first since they may already have the issue resolved from another customer and can pass along a fix quite fast. That may not be the case, but a phone call certainly couldn't hurt.

Best of luck.
