Problem with laptops unable to connect to domain, or domain not found.
I am having issues with computers (mostly laptops) when users try to long on to a machine it will say the domain controller is unavailable. We are on a 2003 domain. This has happened with a lot of the newer laptops and I have imaged as well as some existing ones. I then have to rejoin it to the domain to be able to sign on using a domain account. I went on the event viewer on the server and found several net logon errors event viewer error 5277. Microsoft says this was a problem in 2000 domains but should be fixed in 2003. I know that this is not a duplicate name problem I have checked to make sure on the machines already. Please help!!!

Are they using wired or wireless? Wireless can cause issues if the adapter is not associated with the access point prior to the logon attempt.
