Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!

I got my moden from road runner and the service from earthlink. Since then I cannot connect to hotmail.com, google.com or orkut.com. I cannot use my msn messenger. I called both of them and did everything thay asked me to do. From deleting cookis to modem reboot. Nothing worked. I cannot repair my connection, it says that my ip address cannot be renewed. I have no idea what to do. Could anybody try to help me here? I'm going crazy!!! Thank you guys so much

Open a command prompt and type:

ipconfig/flushdns

Try repairing your Winsock with this:

Use a different computer to get that utility. It will fit on a floppy disk.

Does your Internet Explorer work ?

If it does - try to type in the link address instead of clicking the link.
