Hopless with Wireless ???
BELKIN F5D7632UK4 WIRELESS 54G MODEM ROUTER
 Can anyone spare the time to explain this alien subject to me? Im just your average layman, so for example can I just purchase the above listed product plug it into my comp and it will sort everything out for me or what . All help much appreciated.

If this is a modem to replace the one provided by your ISP, make sure that it is approved or at least will work with your ISP.
