Sharing difficulty?

Thanks to many on this site, I have my two computers networked, but I am (at the moment) only getting basic sharing, whereas I would like to easily move/change files between computers from the other.
So far, all I get are "Shared Music", "Shared Video" & "Shared Pictures" folders (from either computer when looking at the other in "My Network Places".
As mentioned, I want full access....from computer to computer, yet hopefully keeping my firewall in place so no one from the outside can do the same.

Is there a particular sequence of changes that are needed to get this full access from one computer to the other? So far, I can only do this from the 3 above folders.

Thanks..

Dale

Are you talking about "full access" as in Remote Desktop, full access to all of the drives?

If you are just wanting to connect and browse, you need to set up more shares.

If you are wanting full control, setup Remote Desktop (if using XP) or check into getting RealVNC.
