Question "clean disk security"

Does clean disk security remove files that have been already been emptied from the recycle bin?

I never heard of Clean Disk Security, but after reading about it a bit I believe it actually does wipe the files that have already been emptied from the Recycle Bin.

I thought so upon reading the info but it does not completely explain everything.Guess ill just have to find out. if anyone has used this program please give me a rundown
