Client Problems

I've had several 98 Machines that don't let people log on to our network. They have to go to the start button and choose logoff in order to get the client for MS networks to show up. Does anyone have a solution for this? I've tried deleting the client, and adding it again, and logging on myself and then having them log on.

Just checking...under network properties...is primary network logon set to Client for Microsoft Networks? Also under the properties for Client for M$ Networks are all options set correctly? HTH
