New office computer w/slow wireless connection
My office has a wireless connection for all of the staff. The Main laptop picks up the signal pretty well and we've had no problems. We just got a new laptop and we've gotten it to connect to the signal, but its slower than death. It has nothing to do with the distance to the transmitter (as near as I can tell) because due to the setup of our office the new computer is 15' closer to the transmitter. I can say the new computer is a brand new dell and has never really been hooked up to any other network, so there's no chance of it being a bug. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be????
