Courier V Everything

Drug out this fossil the other day, serving as a b/up for when my dsl goes down. I have lost my transformer, pwr adapter..whatever ya wanna call it. So, if someone would happen to still have one of these, I presently have 3...lol...could you please, look at your transformer and tell me what the input voltage is please, so I can obtain a replacement.

Plug layout: outer part is - and the inner pin is +
The supply is a 2 part unit: AC power cord and the power supply.
