Pissed internet connection

My internet connection keeps dropping its link, I am on broadband and when i spoke to the providers Talktalk i have been told to remove the established connections that show when i run command / netstat. Could anyone tell me how to remove connections that show in this window also how do you identify these connections. I have run a spyware scan but nothing is shown up

Cable or DSL? What hardware do you have - modem - router - combo - Ethernet or USB?

The Speedtouch 330 is a USB modem. You are better off calling your provider back and have them talk you through what they want you to do.
