Belkin f5d7630-4 firmware download

a friends router has gone up the spout, his isp assures him that a firmware update with solve this situation however, so i've been charged with finding this firmware for him, however belkin, usually a helpful happy people, have decided to hide this product from me, using the search function i managed to locate a pdf but that took all of 20 minutes, anyone care to explain why i may be having such trouble? better still point me in the direct of this models latest firmware, and i'll be forever greatful singing your praise's to all i meet... promise

I can't find firmware either. Contact Belkin support.
