Extend Wireless network
You guys are going to really laugh at this but is there anyway I can extend my wireless signal using like a bridge attached to the end of a Ethernet cable?
I'll explain, I have a router that I can get a signal from using my PC (another story) in my Garden Cabin which is 120 feet away from the house. I recently added a 120 feet Ethernet cable for my Xbox. All is fine but I really need a signal for my Laptop which is really week. So is there anything I can attach to the Ethernet cable in my cabin to give me a stronger signal? Really hope you guys understand. Thanks. Last edited by copyright_1978; 08-05-2007 at 04:33 AM. |

Why not connect a Access Point:
http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCateg...ess-AP-Bridges Or you could set up a wi-fi antenna: http://radiolabs.com/products/wireless/wireless.html
