AVG, PC-Intnet Security, Ad-aware Will Not Update!

I don't even know if I am posting this in the right forum but I have some kind of connection problem or something related to AVG Antivirus, PC-Cillin Internet Security, Windows Update, And Ad-aware not being able to update any of them. All I get from each is "An error occurred when trying to connect (AVG) etc". Funny thing is, I CAN update AVG Spyware. I CANNOT update Windows using Windows update, AVG Antivirus, Ad-Aware, and PC-Cillin Internet Security. It is though something is blocking them from accessing the internet. I first though Spyware/Malware/ad-ware but have done the following and found nothing I can see..

Ran PC-Cillin Spyware
AVG Anti-virus
AVG Anti-Spyware
Crap Cleaner/Registry tool as well
Hi-jack This!
Disabled PC-cillin Firewall
Disabled windows Firewall
Removed/Re downloaded/Reinstalled AVG Antivirus

Thing is, I can get on the internet just fine using Windows Internet exploder, surf all i want. I have a hi-jack this log available if needed. Any Help

Sometimes a virus or spyware will disable the host's ability to update their own anti-virus or anti-spyware programs. Try running an online virus scan and see if anything comes up. Google Panda software; they have a decent online scanner. Let us know if it works.

Have you tried disabling PC-Cillin, i've noticed lately that when it updates the firewall will shutdown all incoming and outgoing traffic, just a thought if you're using the entire security suite (In which case you shouldn't have AVG on there). Just some thoughts.

Yes, ran the antivirus as described in my post, and yes, disabled the PC-cillin internet security.

How long have you had this problem? If it has just started acting up, see if you have a system restore point when all the programs were working correctly and do a restore on that date. It does sound like you have some sort of malware/virus but the fact the your spyware program will update is confusing. Try this link for a good on-line scan: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/. As a last resort, post your hijack this log.
