enabling ICF

I have 3 WinXP Pro Computers with SP2 and i want to share internet connection on 1 computer with other 2 computers. How can i enable ICF(Internet Connection Firewall) and ICS(Internet Connection Sharing) on the computer which has internet service?

hope my question is clear,

Do i have to enable ICF(internet connection firewall) when making such small networks?

If you use the wizard, everything will be properly configured and enabled.
