Resetting my Router the defaut settings?

Ok, so I believe my router has been acting up lately. My Laptop or my Nintendo Wii will not connect to the internet. I made absolutely sure I typed my WPA2 code correctly, so I know thats not the problem. It has to be my router, because I tried connecting to my neighbors unsecured access point, it worked! Any tips on how to fix this and how to set my router back to the default settings?

Its a WRT54G.

So I found out how to reset the Router back to factory settings, but that still didn't work. This is frustrating.

Is the laptop and wii trying to connect only through wireless? try a wired connection to the router. Also try connecting the laptop and wii directly to the modem.

I agree with liambl.

If you cannot connect via a wired connection, then fix that first before you worry about the wireless settings.

At first, broadcast the SSID. Then enable the passcode on the router and match the wireless card settings to it. Then you can disable SSID broadcast and possibly employ MAC restriction.

With that router and my internet provider, I typically have to reset it by power cycling and "repair" or disable then enable or reboot my wireless device.

I tested those and it seems the only solution that works is the MAC address one...but I guess this is just as secure.
