Lost Wireless adapter power cable!

Hey guys,

My friend gave me and old Linksys wireless game adapter to connect my 360 to Xbox Live but he couldn't find the power cable for it. The model is
I was hoping I could buy a replacement at Radio Shack or the like. I have tried connecting cables for my old phone system and PSP but they don't fit. I NEED XBOX LIVE!

What does it say for power requirements on the game adapter? Specifically voltage and mAmps.
