Limit Bandwidth

I got a friend who has 2 other roommates. One of them downloads a lot of stuff. They have a Linksys router but I don't know the model number. I won't find out until tomorrow most likely. They won't to limit his ability to download. Is that possible?

That depends on the router and the firmware that is on it. Let us know what model # router you guys have and we'll go from there. HTH
