Question Slow Connection: Guess the Problem...

Hey all....

Well basically my internet connection has gone from 3.5mb to 1mb for some unknown reason... I have no programs running other than IE, nothing else turned on.... Could it be a new IP address which has slowed my connection up?

I really want to get the best available connection possible (don't we all) and would really appreciate your help in getting back my MB's!

I'm not too clued up on computers so please be patient! lol

Ryan

Have you tried unplugging your router, and modem?

If that doesn't help, try running a virus scan.
