Internet access problem via M/Router

I have a very strange problem with internet via my Belkin N1 Modem Router and the same problem with a standby ZyXel 660HW Modem Router.

I have 2 machine connected to the same M/Router 1 Wireless and 1 Cable (which is the one I have problems with), the wireless machine works fine but the second machine (cable machine) will not see any web pages, I can access the router settings via the cable machine and change etc but the internet is blocked but the second machine works fine.

I have tried ping 127.0.0.1 that tells me I have sent 4 recieved 4 lost 0, seems OK, tried winsock (no luck) registry Mechanic (no luck) system restore (no luck), I get same problem with Firefox and IE, looking at network via Network Magic I get a "X" between M/Router and Internet, so I am at a loss to know what the problem is.
I have the correct IP address for the machine i.e 192.168.2.4, the Wireless connected machine does not show up on Network Magic as a broken link from M/Router to Internet and I can browse without any problems.

Can anyone help with this problem

Regards John

If you temporarily disable the wireless, does it work?
