Help Setting Up Network
There are a few computers connected to the same router in my house. I'm trying to set up the network so I can do file sharing. I've done this before, but for some reason it's not working this time. What I'm doing is going into network place, then clicking on "set up home or office network," then follow the instructions. I need some help. I'm using XP by the way.

When answering the wizard's questions, all computers are connected to the Internet through a residential gateway, they all have to have unique names, they all have to be on the same workgroup, the Windows firewall needs to have file and print sharing allowed in the exception list - and UNINSTALL any 3rd party firewalls.

I figured out it was my Zone Alarm that was blocking it, I added the other IP address on the trusted zone list and now it works. Thanks anyway.
