Connect wireless router to a wireless router

I have a belkin wireless router connected to my DSL modem. I use two wireless comps for basic internet access.

I just bought a used wireless linksys router to put in another room to connect some wired network devices. (DVR and X-BOX)

So going back wards I want to connect my network devices via ethernet to the linksys which will connect to the belkin via wireless which is my gateway to the internet.

Is this possible? I have read mixed articles.

If this is possible what are the basic settings to get the new linksys to connect to the belkin gateway?

Thanks

Nope. A Linksys router cannot bridge with a Belkin router. Best way to do this is run a cable and get a switch. Lots more reliable than a wireless bridge.

If you must do this wireless, you need a wireless device that is capable of acting as a bridge endpoint or repeater with your specific Belkin router. I think anything you find will only have 1 Ethernet port and will need to be connected to a switch to feed more than one wired device.
