Sorry to sound a little vague John but it's ages since I have done a HJT log.
You can get the most upto date version here:

It should have instructions with it on how to use it, you must run it from your desktop, you must install it to the C drive, you must run it before opening anything else and what we want to see is the text file output.

John your posting a log with options turned on that usually a malware specialist tells you to turn on to verify more advanced infections.

What your doing is running the "Generate StartupList log" with the options:

• List also minor sections (full)
• List empty sections (complete)

What you need to do is:

Open HijackThis and click on "Do a system scan and save a log file," then copy/paste that log into your next post.

After that wait for further instructions.
