CCleaner removes passwords etc.

When I first started using CCleaner about a year ago, it was removing my user names and passwords. Someone told me, or I hit it by accident, which item to UNCKECK, so CCleaner would stop removing the passwords etc. Any help here, please ? It is getting annoying having to retype the info (like I use to access PC Mech) after I run CCleaner. Many thanks, Mike

Try unchecking "Auto Complete Form History" under Internet Explorer.

See if that works.

Check out the "options" on CCleaner. Under cookies It shows a list of cookies. I went manuall through the list & put the cookies I wanted to save in the save file. Had to go back a couple times & recheck list but since then have had no problem. It's worth a try.
