"Certificate signer not found" messages on secure pages using Kaspersky AV

Since I installed Kaspersky V6 to try, I have been receiving these "Certificate signer not found" messages on most secure pages. I use Opera, but I also receive messages using Firefox. I do NOT use IE, but have tried it and there aren't any messages using the same pages. I tried it on my Laptop and the same thing. Here are two examples (1st returns two, 2nd returns three messages);
https://www.ups.com/myups/login?returnto=ht...1&appid=IMS
https://www.fedex.com/fcl/?appName=fclfsm&a...gramIndicator=2

XP Pro sp2,
Opera V7.27,
Firefox V2,
Verizon DSL using Westell modem/router (ports open),
No M$ or other firewall.

It still does this when the program is closed. It doesn't do it on my other HDD (same box, same O/S, different install) using ZoneAlarm.

Ideas?

You need to take a screen shot, because the links you provided are real on my end, and don't show the problem..

Are you running Kaspersky AntiVirus V6?
If not, then it won't show a problem. Turning off checking 'Encripted connections' gets rid of the messages, but that isn't solving the problem.

Correction to OP, it should of read Opera V 9.27

I'm using KIS 7.0 and don't get any messages from those sites.
