A portal page on a router

Actually there is a problem of portal page on the Zyxel router . One of my friend has 3 computer connected to the Zyxel router via wired connection and the other 3 computers connected to the Zyxel router via wireless. He added a webpage in the portal page of the Advanced link of the router and the computers connected to this router via wired are able to see this portal page but not the computers that are connected to this router via wireless.

There is a wireless access point between the router and the computers and the wireless access point seems to be working fine because the computers are able to access internet from it. But why arenot these computers geting a portal page when accessing the router via wireless access point?

That portal page is actually available on internet and we have just entered its link in the URL field in the portal page of Advanced link.

Is there any seperate configuration that we have to do for the wireless in this Zyxel router?
