wireless Media Server for dvd's
Hello everyone ! I hope this question hasn't been answered before I did a quick search but came up empty. here is my problem I just built my new PC with 4 1Tb HDD's and I have all my DVDs (500 or so) backed up on this PC in ISO form and I watch them using VLC and that works great but this PC is in my office and I want to watch my movies in my bedroom and living room but it is not an option at this point to run network cables or optical through my house so I am using an old notebook hooked to my wireless 802.11g network to play the movies on my TV and this works fine except for the movies skip sometimes and this is really annoying to me .if I copy the ISO file to the hard drive on the laptop it plays flawlessly but this takes an hour to copy over the network. If anyone has a solution That would make me very happy Thanks!
