Two Internet connections on one computer simultaneously.
I have an internet wifi connection and a separate dsl line that I want to use on a single computer simultaneously. Is this possible?

If your asking to share your internet connection between two computers, then all you need is a router. Depending on your DSL modem it may also be a router, what model is the modem.
If your asking to run two modems from one internet account you won't be able to, you will need to sign up for another account.

What I want to do is to have multiple internet connections running on a single computer at the same time so I could use one internet connection for browing and the other for downloading, or have both internet connections download at the same time.

It's very doable, but also very complicated. When you say you have a wifi internet connection, do you really mean you're leeching of your neighbors?
