Cant set up a games server now im using ICS

Everything is now running great, with one small problem. Before I set up internet sharing I used to set up a server for counter-strike so that my friends could join, but since i changed settings for internet connection sharing nobody can connect to my computer.

I have absolutely no idea why this could be, I also cant connect to any of my friends servers, although i'm still having no problem getting onto the public ones. Any ideas why this could be?
