EDIT: Do you just want to share that media folder from your vista computer to your other computers? Or do you want to set up share folders on all computers?
To share just the media folder from that vista computer: Go to control panel, Network and sharing. Make sure network discovery, and file sharing is turned on. (Do this for all computers, note in xp it will be called something like file sharing.) Under network discovery, make sure that it says workgroup is workgroup. This has to be the same workgroup on all computers (it makes it easier.) Go to the folder you want to share, right click and choose share. Also, make sure all computers have a login name AND password. (It's usually easier if all computers have the same login and password.) From there, you can view the shared folder on the other computers by going to: Computer > Network> and then you should see the name of the computer that the shared folder is on. Choose that, and you should see the shared folder listed.
