vista updates ?
I am sure this has been asked but I could not find it in search.
I have a new LT acer aspire/VISTA I a setting up. got rid of all the crapware wi/o a problem. question is . Do I leave the MS updates on or off ?? I have heard both ways so I am asking here where I trust. stay safe DB |

This is a personal choice.
I like to leave the auto updates off, and do it all manually. I check once a week, or every other week, and only download and install what i want/need.

I leave mine on. I hate getting the annoying firewall popup. So when it is time I pick what I want and install what I need or want.
